Refreshing Blood Orange Coconut Sorbet

This sorbet looks so yummy and it’s perfect as the days get warmer! We would love to see the recipe on WholeYum!


  • medium blood oranges - 6-8
  • organic cane sugar - 3/4
  • water - 1/4
  • freshly squeezed lime juice - 1 tablespoon, or to taste
  • light coconut milk - 3/4 cup


  1. In a small saucepan combine the water and sugar.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer the mixture for a few minutes until it becomes syrupy. Remove from the heat an let cool.
